Located in the Harbor Ridge private gated community, the closest address inside is 304 River Walk Dr. Connelly Springs, NC. The headstone cannot be read as of 2018, only a partial A and the letter B is legible. In 1936, when a cemetery census was taken, the inscription was legible and read:
