Lennice's parents were Newt Lymn and Mylie Merle (Bills) Tracy.

She married Stanley Yucikas in Washington, D. C. Jan. 9. 1942.
He preceded her in death on November 9, 1968.

They had four sons, Robert Joseph Yucikas, b. Washington, D. C., April 21, 1944,
Stanley Joseph Yucikas, b. Fort Worth, Tarrant County, Texas, Dec. 23, 1947
Tracy Joseph Yucikas, b. Fort Worth, Tarrant County, Texas, July 2, 1949,
Walter Joseph Yucikas, b. Presque Isle, Maine, January 9, 1956.

One daughter: Anna Merle (Yucikas) Pogan, b. Fort Worth, Tarrant County, Texas., May 15, 1945.

Granddaughters: Rebecca Ann (Pogan) Schuler
Stormy Lennice Yucikas, Skylar Keane Yucikas, and Kacy Snow Yucikas.

Great grandchildren: Olivia Snow Pogan, Alexander Nathaniel Pogan, and Jessica Lynn Pogan.

Her brother-in-law Carroll Edwin Bills, Sr. and sister Mary Linn (Tracy) Bills also survive.

Her parents preceded her in death.

Lennice was a member of the Church of Christ. She graduated Polytechnic High School and attended Texas Wesleyan College, Fort Worth, Texas. She did further study at Eastern New Mexico University, Portales and Clovis, New Mexico.

She was a talented musician and artist. Examples of her murals still adorn some buildings in Clovis and nearby towns.

She regarded her travels with her husband, Sgt. Stanley Yucikas, as wonderful adventures and dedicated her energies to enhancing the experiences for her family. She was the exemplary den mother and Bible class teacher. She opened her home and heart to countless youngsters who needed homes away from home.

For nearly three quarters of a century she was the best sister in the world.
