Isaac was born February 20, 1854, in Pennsylvania, the son of Isias and Sydia (Sayers) Mirts. She was united in married to Mattie Vida Dunn and she survives of the home. Isaac was a farmer.
Arrangements were under the direction Roy Holt Undertaking Services of New Bloomfield, Missouri and burial was in Mount CarmelCemetery.
