Suffering a stroke in the city Friday afternoon, Vivian LeRoy Ewers, died at evening at the Richland Hospital. He was a prominent farmer of the Mill Creek community in the town of Marshall, and his entire life has been spent in the county.
Vivian LeRoy Ewers was born in the town of Marshall, Richland county, Wisconsin, on Septemer 11, 1876, and died September 12, 1930, at the age of 54 years and 1 day. He was the son of
Benjamin Cowan and Rebecca Jane Neher Ewers.
He was united in marriage to Genevieve Vivian Nicks, April 18, 1903, and to this union was born one son, Ernest.
Mr. Ewers leaves his wife and son, two grandchildren, five brothers, two sisters and a host of other relatives and friends to mourn his death. He was born and spent his entire life in this community. He was a kind and loving husband, father, brother and friends.
The funeral was held Monday at two o'clock from the Sabin church. Rev. Bruce Matthews officiating, and burial was at Mill Creek.
