Mildred L. Newberry

Mildred L. Newberry, 82, of Tallahassee died Monday in Tallahassee.

The service will be at 11 am Thursday at Evangle Assembly of God, with burial at Oakland Cemetery. Family will receive friends from 5 to 7 pm today at Culley's Meadow-Wood Riggins Road Chapel (877-8191).

A native of Jefferson County, Ala., and longtime resident of Tallahassee, she was a homemaker and a member of Evangel Assembly of God.

She is survived by a half brother, Robert Walter Rooks of Tallahassee; and several nieces and nephews.
