LA FERIA, TX.- Monsez E. Alvares, 84, passed away April 1, 2012 in his residence. Monsez was born on April 27, 1927 in Stockdale, Texas.
He is survived by son, Henry Alvarez of San Antonio; sister, Monsez E. Alvares Feliz Estrada of Harlingen; and numerous nieces and nephews.
He was a veteran in the U.S. Army, serving in W.W. II.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday, April 4, 2012 at 2:00 pm in Heavenly Grace Chapel. Burial will follow in Heavenly Grace Memorial Park.
Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Heavenly Grace Funeral Home and Crematory.
