Miss Lou Arterberry, 83, member if a pioneer Savoy family, died at Savoy Saturday. Funeral services were held Sunday at the Savoy Church of Christ, and burial was in the Savoy cemetery.
Miss Arterberry was born near Savoy Nov. 22, 1860, daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. B. F. Arterberry. She graduated from Savoy College, and taught school for many years. Surviving is a sister, Mrs. Mamie McLemore of Savoy.
