Conrad James Fedler, 60, of West Point, Iowa, passed away at 12:32 p.m. Saturday, March 31, 2012 at his home

Born November 22, 1951 in Mt. Pleasant, Iowa, the son of Louis and Bertha (Kruse) Fedler. On February 17, 1979 he married Jane Beach in West Point, Iowa.

Survivors include his wife Jane of West Point, Iowa, two daughters Amanda (Darian) Shankle of Chicago, Illinois, Ashley (Ken) Carson of West Point, Iowa, two grandchildren Olivia and Damion Carson of West Point, Iowa, his mother Bertha Fedler of Donnellson, Iowa, one brother Howard Fedler of West Point, Iowa and one sister Vickie (Gary) Sanders of West Point, Iowa. Also surviving are several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.

He was preceded in death by his father and one nephew.

Conrad was a member of St. Mary of the Assumption Catholic Church in West Point, Iowa. He was a 1970 graduate of Marquette High School and a 1974 graduate of Benedictine College. Conrad was an avid bowler, he enjoyed watching movies and spending time with family and friends.
