She was the daughter of the late Felix V. and Annie M. (Neiderer) Topper.
Ms. Topper worked as a bookkeeper for the Hanover Evening Sun for 28 years. She also operated Fee’s Cut-rate store in McSherrystown. She was a member of the Annunciation Catholic Church, in McSherrystown.
Survivors include a nephew and a niece. She was preceded in death by seven brothers and sisters.
