Edmond Jones Dillehay Burial unknown

Edmond Jones Dillehay was born 1809-10 in Person County, North Carolina. He was the son of Edmond C. and Joanah Asher Dillehay and the grandson of Arthur and Sarah Dillehay. He was great grandson of Charles and Elizabeth (Eliza) Jones Robertson "De la haye" Dillehay. Edmond was one of fourteen brothers and sisters. He was given $20.00 from his dad's will.
Edmund married Francis "Frankie" McKnight in 1830 in Virginia. We do not know who Francis's parents were but we do know her father was born in Scotland and her mother was born in England. Frances was born 17-JULY-1813 in Virginia, died 9-APR-1904 at Agenda, Republic County, Kansas. She is buried at Manning Cemetery also called Agenda Cemetery south of Agenda.
Edmond and Francis moved to Madison, Dane County, Wisconsin in 1832. They lived on Pigeon Creek where Edmond was a farmer and cattle dealer. They had eight of their ten children in Wisconsin. The children born in Wisconsin were Anthony Richard, Alfred, Martha Jane, Mack, John E., Ensley Richard and Joseph M. Dillehay.
Edmond moved his family to Arkansas, Illinois, Missouri and Nebraska between 1854 and 1858. Their son Edmond J. Dillehay was born in Nebraska City in 1858--11-MAR-1933. Between 1858 and 1860 they moved to Silver Creek TWP., now called Center TWP., Mills County, Iowa. Their last son Miles Dillehay was born in Mills Co., Iowa in 1862. Their farm was located one mile from Hillsdale, Iowa. Hillsdale was built because of the railroad. The railroad ran just north across the road from Edmond,s farm. When the railroad was moved a few miles north of Hillsdale became a ghost town. The Dillehays donated land for the Hillsdale Cemetery, where Alfred, Joseph and Ensley Dillehay and other Dillehay descendants are buried. Edmond's house burned down in the 1870s.
Edmond Jones Dillehay moved to Smith TWP., Worth County, Missouri, between 1870 and 1880. In the 1880 census of Worth County, Missouri. The census was taken in June and we think Edmond died after that. In Francis' obituary, it said he died while they were living in Missouri. The lady who knows the history of Worth Co., told me a lot of the tombstones were pulled from the ground and used for steps. There are no official death records for the state of Missouri for 1880. Now if somebody accidental find a stone for Edmond in Missouri it might be a lost cause.
