Jack Dale McLean, 73, of St. Louis, passed away at his home on Sunday, July 13, 1997.

Funeral services are scheduled for Tuesday at 1 p.m. at the Alward-Carter Funeral Home in St. Louis with the Rev. Richard Kuhn of the St. Louis United Methodist Church officiating. Interment will take place at Oak Grove Cemetery in St. Louis.

Mr. McLean was born Nov. 29, 1923, in Gratiot County, the son of Clare and Frieda (Bigelow) McLean.

He married Marjorie Williams in St. Louis on April 22, 1950.

He was a farmer and belonged to the St. Louis United Methodist Church, Farm Bureau, Gleaners, Michigan Cattleman's Association, and county school board.

He is survived by his wife, Marjorie, of St. Louis; two daughters, Rhonda Taft of Midland and Amy Pullman of St. Louis; a brother, Rob McLean of Santa Rosa, Calif; and five grandchildren, Andrea and Nathan Taft of Midland, and Steven, Katelyn and Jayce Pullman of St. Louis.

He was preceded in death by his parents.
