CHARLES E. CRAMER of 1026 Fourth Avenue, died at his home at 5 o'clock this morning after an extended illness. He was born in Bellefonte May 5, 1892, a son of Franklin B. and Lila (Armstrong) Cramer. Mr. Cramer retired as a carbuilder in the Altoona works in 1943 after 28 years service, retiring on disability. Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Olive (Stalb) Cramer; two sons and one daughter, Kenneth E. and Mrs. Louise Morgan of the city and Robert R. at home; two brothers, Elmer E. and William L., both of the city. Friends will be received at the N. A. Stevens mortuary after noon tomorrow.
