AUGUSTA --- Miss Madeline P. Dill, 95, died in Williams Health Care Facility, Glenridge Drive, Monday afternoon.
She was born May 24, 1888 in Gardiner, the daughter of Edwin P. and Eva (Nye) Dill.
She graduated from Gardiner High School in the class of 1906 and has been employed as bookkeeper and accountant for R.P. Hazzard Shoe Co., S.D. Warren C. and James Walker & Son Co. In later years she did home health care.
She is survived by several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held a 10 a.m. Saturday at Knowlton & Hewins Funeral Home, 1 Church St. Augusta, where friends may call Friday from 7 to 9 p.m.

AUGUSTA --- Funeral and committal services for Miss Madeline P. Dill were held Saturday morning at Knowlton & Hewins Funeral Home, 1 Church St. Augusta, with the Rev. Howell Lind, pastor of the Winthrop Street Universalist Church, officiating.
A delegation from the church attended.
Burial will be in Oak Grove Cemetery, Gardiner at a later date.
