Anna F. Allen, wife of Charles E. Allen, 21 Oak St., died at Warren General Hospital at 5:20pm Wednesday following an illness of several weeks duration.
Mrs. Allen was born in Ireland on December 24, 1879, but had resided in Warren practically all her life.
Besides her husband, she leaves the following children: John and Albert, both of Warren; Mrs. Julia Vogel and Mrs. Dorothy Heaton, Chicago, IL; Donald, Cambridge, Mass, and Joseph, Buffalo, NY; also three sisters, Mrs. Ella Weise and Mrs. Catherine Buckley, Chicago, and Mrs. Julia Schiffner, Little Valley, NY; and 15 grandchildren.
She was a member of Holy Redeemer parish and services in her memory will be held from the church at nine o'clock Saturday morning, followied by interment in the family plot in St. Joseph's cemetery.
Removal has been made to the Templeton Funeral Home, where friends will be received at the usual hours after 7pm today and from where the parish rosary will be recited at 8pm Friday.
Pallbearers: John Baker, David Lopez, Joseph Lopez, Harold Seymour, Laverne Stapfer, and Edwin Stapfer.

Funeral services in memory of Anna F. Allen, wife of Charles Allen, 21 Oak St, who died last Wednesday, were held at nine o'clock Saturday morning in Holy Redeemer church, with the Rev. Father M.E. Dailey singing the requiem high mass. Interment was made in St. Joseph's cemetery, with the following serving as bearers: John Baker, David Lopez, Joseph Lopez, Harold Seymour, Laverne Stapfer and Edwin Stapfer.
In attendance from out of town were Mr. and Mrs. Herman Vogel, Mr. and Mrs. W.W. Heaton, Chicago, Ill.; Donald Allen, Cambridge, Mass.; Mr. and Mrs. William Schiffner, Little Valley, NY; Mrs. Francis Doyle, Meadville.
