Peggy Louise McPhaul was born January 14, 1930 in Omaha, Nebraska to the parentage of Jack Hallens and Katherine Hallens Smith.

Peggy McPhaul united with the Alpha Seventh Day Adventist Church where she was a faithful and long time member.

Peggy enjoyed her life, gardening and cooking were what she loved, as well as meeting people and sharing her life experiences. She met and worked with many Hollywood celebrities, elected and appointed officials. She often shared her stories and photos with her large circle of friends. Peggy was loved very much by her family, friends and neighbors. She never met a stranger and was befriended by many.

She departed this life on Thanksgiving day, November 24, 2011.
Peggy's parents, son, brother and sister preceded her in death.

Peggy McPhaul leaves to cherish her precious memories a loving, devoted, and caring brother, Two daughters, her 4 beloved grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
