Agnes Urban, 79, RFD 1, died early Wednesday morning at University Hospitals, Iowa City, where she had been a patient for about 10 days. She had been in ill health for some time.
Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Friday at Bruce Memorial Chapel with the Rev. Douglas Olson, pastor of Calvary Baptist Church, officiating. Burial will be in Graceland Cemetery in Elkhorn Township. Friends may call at the funeral home after 3 p.m. Thursday.
Surviving are her sisters, Mrs. Julia Fiala and Mrs. Joseph (Minnie) Fiala, both of Moorland.
Agnes Urban was born in Elkhorn Township and attended the schools there. She moved to Fort Dodge and was a beautician inn Fort Dodge. Her hobby was braiding rugs.
