CLYDE ~~ Nina Edna West 52 of Abilene died at 7:40 pm Friday at West Texas Medical Center in Abilene after a lengthy illness. Services will be 3 pm Monday at 16th and Vine Street Church of Christ in Abilene. Jerry Edwards and Lee Porter Abilene Church of Christ ministers will officiate. Burial will be in Clyde Cemetery directed by Bailey Funeral Home.

Born Dec. 27, 1926 in Clyde she married W.O. West July 29 1944 in Clyde She graduated from Clyde High School. She was a member of the Church of Christ.

Survivors include her husband of 2118 Meander in Abilene; two sons Owen Lynn of Santa Fe NM and Denny Lee of the home; a daughter Diann of the home; three sisters Estelle Chapman of Viera, Faye Hedrick and Era Wagner both of Abilene; four brothers Howard and Eugene Kniffen both of Clyde, Don Kniffen of Waco and Clint Kniffen of Algeria; two grandchildren and a number of nieces and nephews.

Pallbearers will be Robert Wagner Kenneth and Larry Kniffen Leon and Lonnie Thomason and Don Neal.
