Don passed away at the Hobbs Health Care in Hobbs. He was the son of Andy and Mary Adams.
Don was in the Army and served in Korea as a photographer from 1956 to 1959. He married Peggy Meadows in 1973 and they lived in Jal, New Mexico, where he retired from El Paso Natural Gas Co. after 30 years of service as a surveyor from 1959 to 1989.
He loved golf, fishing, photography and especially his cats. He was survived by two brothers, Andy and J. D. and three sisters, Betty Fay Lenert, Alice Marie Hayes and Aline Lyon.
