John Milton Biggerstaff, 79, formerly of Coffeyville, died at 9:25 o'clock last night at the home of a son, Ed Biggerstaff, at Ochelata, Okla. His health had been failing for several years, while he had been bedfast for the past three months.The Biggerstaff family came here more than thrity years ago, and Mr. and Mrs. Biggerstaff left this city about 2 years ago to go to Ochelata.Besides his wife, Mrs. Emma Biggerstaff, Mr. Biggerstaff is survived by five sons, Frank, 212 West New street, and Will, 415 Maple street, this city, Charles of Jefferson, Elzie of Valeda and Ed, at whose home he died; two daughters, Mrs. Alice Hoffman of Cleveland, Ohio and Mrs. William McKinney of Blackburn, Mo.; one half-sister, Miss Laura Biggerstaff, 506 West Third street, this city, and three half-brothers, F.S. Biggerstaff of Bartlett, Elmer Biggerstaff of Neosho, Mo., and Lester Biggerstaff of McGill, Nev. Fourteen grandchildren and three great-grandchildren also survive. Receiving word of their father's critical condition, Frank and Will Biggerstaff went to Ochelata yesterday and were with him when death came. Furneral services will be held at 1 o'clock tomorrow afternoon at a Bartlesville funeral home. Immediately following the service, the body will be brought here for interment in Fairview cemetery.
