Surviving are two sons and daughters-in-law, one grandson, two granddaughters, two great grandsons, two sisters, three sister-in-laws, also several step grandchildren and step great-grandchildren.
Also preceding her in death, were a daughter-in-law Merry C. Alderman; one granddaughter, Kelly Alderman; one great-granddaughter Chloe N. Kane; six brothers, Lyle, Bruce, Keith, Junior, William Zane and Howard Hinkle, and one sister, Ava Kittle.
Mrs. Aldermanwas a Methodist by faith. She retired from Reidbord Brothers and was a member of Royal Neighbors Womans Club. VFW Ladies Auxiliary and Buckhannon Moose Lodge 598 Ladies Auxiliary.
Friends were recieved at the Poling-St. Clair Funeral Home Saturday, May 16, 2009 from 6-8 p.m. Funeral services were held at 1 p.m. Sunday May 17, 2009 with the Revs. Doug Alderman and Wease Day officiating. Burial followed in Heavner Cemetery.
