David Michael "Mike" Brookover, 52 of Kent, Ohio died at the Summa Health System in Akron, Ohio.
He was born in Parkersburg, WV and was the son of Patty Lou Sellars Brookover Belknap of Lubeck, WV and the late Chester "Chuck" Brookover. He had been a General Contractor in the Parkersburg area. He was an avid golfer and Mountaineer fan.
Survivors include his wife Liz Brookover, two sons, Josh (Julie) Brookover, Cody (Stacy) Brookover, his mother Patty (Arnie) Belnap, a brother, John Brookover, two sisters, Karen Collins, and Debbie Brookover-Blais, and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his father Chester "Chuck" Brookover.
Friends may call at the Leavitt Funeral Home, Parkersburg on Sunday from 2:00 to 4:00 PM with burial in the Riverview Cemetery in Williamstown, WV.
