She was born December 14, 1956 in Big Spring, Texas to Johnnie Paul Hooper and Bobbi Jean Moser.
She had two siblings: Johnny Bob Hooper and Ronda Kay Hooper.
She was a lifetime resident of Big Spring.
She was a member of the First Baptist Church. She was a homemaker and an Executive Secretary at O.I.L., American Petrofina, Permian Research, and Howard County.
She was a very active in and charter member of the Big Spring Vietnam Memorial Committee. She served as secretary for ten years and was chair person of every dedication ceremony.
Survivors include her husband Timothy Thomas "Tim" Drinkard; two children, Timothy Michael "Tim" Drinkard and Sherida Lee Crane; three grandchildren, Everly Richardson, Candice May Drinkard and Austin Nickels Drinkard.
