Dr. David K. Dunlevy, 43 of 2326 Raleight Drive, Lancaster, died Friday,Jan. 19, 1996, after an illness of the past year.
Born in Monongahela, he was a son of Kenneth B. and Mary Lou (Nagy) Dunlevy of Fairfield,Conn.
A self-employed dentist in Wyomissing, he had owned the Reading Family Dental Center since 1987. Previously, he had a dental practice in Greensburg.
Dr. Dunlevy was a member of the American Dental Association and the Pennsylvania Dental Association.
A 1970 graduate of Andrew Ward High School in Fairfild Conn., he was a 1974 graduate of St. Vincent College where he earned a degree in biology. He was a 1979 graduate of the University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine.
He had earned the Eagle Scout award.
Dr. Dunlevy was a member of St. John Neumann Roman Catholic Church.
He and his wife, Patricia L. (Clawson) Dunlevy,observed their 19th wedding anniversary on Aug. 21.
In addition to his wife and parents, survivors include two daughters,Cassandra K. and Tara A., both at home; and two brothers, Kevin J. of Milford,Conn., and Mark C. of Fairfield, Conn.
