Funeral services for the Rev. Oliver M. Humphreys, 79, retired assistant pastor at First Presbyterian Church, will be tomorrow with burial in Forest Lawn. Mr. Humphreys died Saturday. He served at the First Church from 1919 until 1941. Mr. Humphreys was born in New Providence, Iowa. He was graduated from the Omaha Presbyterian Seminary in 1912. He held pastorates in Louisiana, Oklahoma, Alabama, Texas, Iowa, Nebraska, Missouri and Idaho before he came here. Surviving are his wife, Alma B.; four daughters, Mrs. Genevieve Bailey and Mrs. Elizabeth Maddux, both of Seattle; Mrs. Enid Kay, Keokuk, Iowa and Mrs. Perce Harlan, Huntington Park, Calif; two sisters, Mrs. Elizabeth Gildner, Syracuse, NY and Mrs. jennie Pierce, Union, Iowa; a brother, Wayne Humphreys, Denver; eight grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.
