Clementine T. (Clemie) Holtkamp, 80, of West Point, Iowa passed away at 11:55 a.m. Thursday, March 22, 2012 at the Park Place Long Term Care Unit in Mt. Pleasant, Iowa.

Born May 15, 1931 in West Point, Iowa she was the daughter of Clem and Anna (Jacobsmeier) Rauenbuehler. On September 30, 1950 she married Edward B. Holtkamp in West Point, Iowa.

Survivors include her husband Ed of West Point, Iowa, six daughters Becky (Dennis) Cramer of Blandinsville, Illinois, Mary Lou (Chris) Steffensmeier of Salem, Iowa, Betty Lutz of Houghton, Iowa, Cindy (Joe) Schinstock of Salem, Iowa, Sandy (Tom) Farrell of Cheyenne, Wyoming, Julie Hirschler of Donnellson, Iowa. Twenty grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren, two brothers Melvin (Bertha) Rauenbuehler of West Point, Iowa, Carl (Mary Ann) Rauenbuehler of Sterling, Illinois, two sisters Anna Lee Conrad of West Point, Iowa, LaVina (Carl) Hellweg of Houghton, Iowa, one sister-in-law Dorothy Rauenbuehler of Salem, Iowa and one brother-in-law Ron Mayer of Fort Madison, Iowa.

She was preceded in death by her parents, son Richard E. Holtkamp, grandson Jacob Hirschler, son-in-law Ray Lutz, two brothers and four sisters.

Clemie was a graduate of St. Mary's Catholic High School. She was an avid pie baker, and for many years she cleaned homes and businesses in the West Point area. Clemie was a a member of St. Mary's of the Assumption Catholic Church in West Point, a 4-H leader for the Jolly Belles 4-H Club and a member of the Daughter's of Isabella Altar and Rosary Society.
