Alice was born December 13, 1914 in Knox County, Texas to Joseph and Ida (Franklin) Wilson. She graduated from Knox City High School and attended Drams Business College. On August 6, 1943 Alice enlisted into the U.S. Army. After completing her years of service, Alice returned home and worked for many years at Hoge Pharmacy. She was a member of the First Baptist Church in Knox City.
Alice is preceded in death by her parents, Samuel and Ida Wilson; 2 brothers, Bill Wilson and Clyde Wilson; and 2 sisters, Lae Lankford and Edith Lewis.
She is survived by 4 nephews, Ross Lankford of Farmington, NM, Charles Lankford of Knox City, Don Lewis of Albuquerque, NM, and Jimmie Lewis of Clovis, NM.
Donations may be given in Alice's name to the First Baptist Church, 200 S. Central Ave., Knox City, Texas 79529.
