Chris was born to Evelyn (Kiihnl) and the late Richard C. James. An avid golfer, he was a member of the Temple Terrace Golf & Country Club. Chris was Co-Owner and Vice President of Marlyn Steel Decks and Marlyn Metals, both located in Tampa. He was preceded in death by his father, and brother, Steve James. Survivors include his loving fiancée, Denise Coleman of Plant City; his mother, Evelyn K. James of Temple Terrace; brother, Richard R. James (Jeannie); niece, Katie James; nephew, Ryan James, all of Lutz; uncle, James Kiihnl (Joann) of Enid, MS; aunt, Elmyra Eaton (Jack) of Houston, TX; and many loving cousins and friends.
