Daryl was always making friends and seemed to have a smile for everyone he met. Daryl struggled with disabilities throughout his life, but through independent determination, was able to overcome many of the obstacles he had to deal with.
The family would like to thank the staff and residents of Bungalow Care Center and Majestic Care and Rehabilitation for their compassionate service.
Daryl is survived by Kenyon (father), Michael (brother), Leone Johnson (sister), Bob and Thora Johnson (grandparents), as well as many aunts, uncles and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his mother.
Funeral services will be held Saturday, March 24, 2012, 10:00 a.m., at Larkin Mortuary, 260 East South Temple, where friends and family may visit one hour prior. Interment will follow at Redwood Memorial Cemetery, 6500 South Redwood Road.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made at any Wells Fargo Bank in Daryl's name.
