VERMONT AVENUE PIONEER PASSES
Former residents of the Vermont avenue - Second street neighborhood yesterday learned of the death of Mrs. Martha T. Finley, who lived for thirty-two years at 2003 South Vermont avenue.
She was born in Frankfort, Ind., in 1842, moving to California in 1890, and to Los Angeles in 1897. She died on the 18th inst., and was buried on the 21st inst. in Rosedale Cemetery. She leaves a son, William C. Finley, Jr., and a daughter, Charlotte L. Finley.
