Matthew Scott Anderson, 19, of Minden died April 7 at Jennie Edmundson Hospital in Council Bluffs.
He was born in Council Bluffs and attended Tri-Center High School.
Survivors include his parents Terry and Lorie Anderson of Minden; a sister, Jaime, of St. Paul, Minnesota; and a brother, Chad, of Earling.
Visitation with the family will be held Wednesday from 7-8 p.m. at Knutson Funeral Home in Avoca.
Funeral service will be Thursday at 10:30 a.m. at the Minden United Church of Christ with the Rev. Denny Peterson officiating. Burial will be in the Minden Cemetery.
