ALBERT SILLS PASSES AWAY
Death Occurs Unexpectedly in Farm Home East of Boggstown
Albert Sills, 60, died unexpectedly at his home in Sugar Creek Township one and one-half miles east of Boggstown Monday afternoon.
Mr. Sills was born in Tipton County, October 22, 1875, and was the son of Enos and Elizabeth German Sills. Thirty-six years ago he was married to Miss Goldie Driscoll, who survives. Three of the four children born to them survive - two daughters, Mrs. Ben Cecil of Beech Grove, and Mrs. Hazel Perry, and one son, Enos Sills, of Fairland. One daughter, Miss Wilma Sills died in 1911. He also leaves one brother, Joseph Sills, of Manilla; two sisters, Mrs. Ellen Coffey, of New Palestine, and Mrs. Sarah Dine, of Fairland.
Mr. Sills had been a resident of Shelby County all his life and was a member of Kiowa Tribe No. 199 order of Red Men, which lodge will participate in the funeral. Funeral services will be held at the late home. Burial will be on the family lot in the Fairland Cemetery.
