John Henry Dawson, 87, of Paragould, AR., died Tuesday, March 20, 2012, at Flo and Phil Jones Hospice House in Jonesboro, AR.
John was born August 24, 1924, in Leachville, AR., the son of the late Arthur and Hester Taylor Dawson.
He was also preceded in death by: his infant son, John Anthony, brother, Orbie Dawson and sister, Mary Lou Dowdy.
He was a member of Village Creek Church of Christ.
He is survived by: his wife, LaDon Potter Dawson of the home, sister, Myrtle Utley and several nieces and nephews.
His life was celebrated at the Heath Colonial Chapel. Burial was at Brown's Chapel Cemetery.
