Mrs. W. W. Riner, 88, of 354 N. Highland Ave, NE, died Sunday at a local hospital after a long illness.
A native of Emanuel County, she was the former Miss Cornelia Youmans. Mrs. Riner, the wife of the Rev. W. W. Riner, had lived in Atlanta the past 35 years and was a member of the Glazener Memorial Primitive Baptist Church.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday at 2 p.m. at Spring Hill, Elder J. Walter Hendricks and Elder Charles C. Carrin will officiate with burial in Greenwood Cemetery.
Also surviving are two daughters, Mrs. I. L. Robinson, Atlanta and Mrs. C. P. Borders, LaGrange; three sons, Robert H. Riner, Washington, D.C.; George C. Riner, Atlanta and S. M. Riner, Albuquerque, N. M.; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
