Ms. Watts was born November 23, 1924 in Montgomery County, Tennessee, daughter of the late Robert and Susan Robinson Seay. She was a homemaker and a member of the Trenton Assembly of God Church.
Ms. Watts is preceded in death by her parents, her first husband Max Risner in 1970, second husband Frank Watts Jr. in 1977 as well as one son Max Risner Jr. in 2004.
Ms. Watts is survived by four sons Robert Risner (Linnie) of Greenville, Kentucky, Steven Risner (Mary) of Knoxville, Tennessee, Norman Risner of Trenton, Kentucky and Anthony Risner (Judy) of Trenton, Kentucky, one daughter Laura Risner O'Shoney (Brad) of Franklin, Tennessee as well as one sister Wanda Simmons (Norris) of Hamilton, Ohio. Numerous grand and great grandchildren.
Visitation with the Risner - Watts family will be held on Thursday morning from 11:00 until funeral service time at 1:00 at the Trenton Assembly of God Church. Funeral service is scheduled to be conducted on Thursday afternoon at 1:00 at the Trenton Assembly of God Church with Reverends Mike Dorsey, Mark Terhune and Louie Montoya officiating. Interment to follow at the Riverside Cemetery in Hopkinsville.
Family requests that in lieu of flowers donations be made to the Leukemia Foundation Suite 201, 710 West Main Street Louisville, KY 40202, or Gideon's International, Todd County Camp P.O. Box 4, Elkton, KY 42220.
