RESIDENT OF AREA DIES AT AGE OF 67

Erwin H. Gaubatz, 67, of Chilton, Route 1, died Friday evening at Calumet Memorial Hospital following a long illness.

He was born in the Town of Stockbridge on Sept. 29, 1902, the son of the late Herman and Mary Wagner Gaubatz.
On April 10, 1926, he married Gladys Fiedler in Rockford, Ill. He attended Chilton public schools and was graduated from Chilton High School in 1920.

Survivors include his widow; two daughters, Mrs. Kenneth Bohmhoff, Minneapolis, Minn., and Mrs. Richard Brodek, Racine; one son. Lynn Gaubatz, Sheboygan; one brother, Arthur Gaubatz of Fort Lauderdale, Fla, and seven grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by one sister.

Friends may call after 3 p.m. Sunday at Pfeffer Funeral Home in Chilton. Services will be held at the funeral home at 2 pm. Monday with the Rev. Quenten Moeschberger of the Ebenezer United Church of Christ officiating. Burial will be at Hillside Cemetery, Chilton. ,
