MAN'S DEATH APPARENTLY SELF-INFLICTED
Gary D Brown Jr., 22, Brownwood, Texas, and formerly of Hopkinsville, died at 1:20 pm Monday at his home of an apparent self-inflicted gunshot wound.
Graveside services will be at 2 pm Monday at Johnson's Chapel Cemetery with Fuqua-Hinton Funeral Home in charge of arrangements. There will be no visitation. Services were Thursday in Comanche, Texas.
A native of Abilene, Texas, Brown was born Jan. 25, 1971, the son of Gary Doyle Brown, Kosciusko, Miss., and Edith M Clark, Hopkinsville. He was employed at Clements Motor Co. in Comanche and was a Baptist.
In addition to his parents, survivors include his wife, Kim Guill Colcleasure Brown, Brownwood; his stepmother, Betty Brown, Kosciusko; two stepsons, Brandon and Coulton of Fort Worth, Texas; two sisters, Tracey J Brown, Hopkinsville, Julie M Brown, Hopkinsville; one stepsister, Janet Riley, Kosciusko and his maternal grandmother, Edith Ellis, Hopkinsville.
