He was born October 25, 1925, in Medaryville, IN, to Charles and Daisey Lizenby Culp. Charles was married to Betty Jane Salyers on August 4, 1994. She died in 2008.
Charles was a member of the Medaryville Christian Church.
Charles served in the US Army during WWII. He was also a member of the Medaryville American Legion and the FOE #2580 in Winamac.
