MRS. NANCY GOFF PASSES AWAY AT
OQUAWKA, ILL.
.Oquawka, Ill., June 24.—Mrs. Nancy Goff, well known resident of this community, passed away at her home north of Oquawka Saturday evening following a lingering illness of several weeks' duration. She was the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Amos Forgy and was born in Rozetta township over 70 years ago.
.She was married to John Wesley Goff in 1876. In addition to her husband she is survived by three children, Mrs. Anna Saben, William Goff, Oquawka, John Goff, Mt. Pleasant, eight grandchildren, and the following brothers and sisters. Mrs. Mary Pollock, Little York; Mrs. John Ricketts, Oquawka; William Forgy, Clayton, Wash.; Mrs. Sarah Adams, Saskatchewan, Canada; Grant Forgy, Harper, Kan.
.Funeral services will he held from the home this afternoon in charge of John Lugg of Monmouth. Burial was made in the Oquawka cemetery.
