He died of consumption (TB) and left 4 children behind according to the Obituary. No head stone for Joseph or his wife. The cemetery was moved. He was 43 years old when he passaway. NOTE. When his wife died Dec 1902 the Obit said that they had 5 children. Joe's Obit says that he died with 4 children. I have not seen any information about one of their children dying. He work as a clerk on the M & C railroad.
