MRS. PHOEBE BUSHEE
MANCHESTER DEPOT - Mrs. Phoebe Bushee, 76, a lifelong resident of Manchester Depot, died Tuesday in the Albany, N.Y., Hospital where she was transferred Sunday from the Bennington hospital.
Mrs. Bushee was born in Bennington May 5, 1883, the daughter of Alphonse and Phoebe (Mercier) LaPointe. She was a member of Mt. Equinox Grange in Manchester Center.
Surviving are a son George of Albany; three sisters, Mrs. Josephine Perrott, Mrs. Mary Bruso and Mrs. Rose Greenwood all of Bennington; and several nieces and nephews.
Services will be held in St. Paul's Church, Manchester, on Thursday at 9 am. Interment will be in Dellwood Cemetery, Manchester.
Friends may call at the Brewster Funeral Home here Wednesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm.
