Mrs. Jacob Bultema aged 33,passed away at the home of her parents, Mr. and Mrs. A. Groothuis, 726 VanderLeest St.S.W.(Liberty St.)
Funeral services will be held Thursday afternoon at 1 o'clock, at the Berean Reformed Church on Sherman St.,Interment in Garfield Park cemetery. Mrs. Bultema is survived by her husband and nine children, her father and mother, three sisters and one brother.

Carl - stepson, (mother was Gertrude Meyering Bultema who died in 1910.)
Robert-stepson, (mother was Gertrude Meyering Bultema who died in 1910.)
