OGDEN YOUTH DIES IN IDAHO

PAUL HINCKLEY, SON OF S. I. S.
SUPERINTENDENT PASSES AWAY SUDDENLY

Paul Hinckley, aged 20, son of Superintendent and Mrs. E. S. [Edwin Smith & Adeline Henry] Hinckley of the State Industrial school, died at 6 p. m. at McCall, Idaho, last night after a short illness.

Young Hinckley, who was a student at the Utah Agricultural college at Logan, recently joined a surveying party in Idaho and a few days after he had reported for duty was taken suddenly ill. His mother was then called to his bedside and his father was later summoned.

Death was due to a spotted fever, it is said. Young Hinckley is well known in Ogden and his death was a shock to his many friends. Besides his parents he is survived by the following brothers and sisters: Robert, Carlisle, Leonore, Claude, Fred, John, Evelyn, Andie, Gordon and Marion.

Mr. and Mrs. Hinckley will return to Ogden Wednesday with the body. Funeral arrangements will be made later.
