Services for Cindy Berkley, 8 mo old daughter of Charles L. and Patricia Ann Mariner Berkley, 1018 E London Ave Peoria Hts will be at 1 p.m. tomorrow at Wilton Mortuary. The Rev John M Hoffman of Peoria Hghts Congregational Church will officiate and burial will be in Glendale Cemetery in Washington. There will be no visitation. The child was born in Peoria Nov, 2, 1968 and died at 5:50 a.m. yesterday at St Francis Hospital where she had been a patient one week. Surviving are her parents, one sister Wendy Ann Berkley at home, her grandparents Mr. & Mrs. Harold Mariner of Peoria and Mr and Mrs. Henry C. Berkley of E. Peoria and her great grandprents, Mrs. Elizabeth Reinholdt of Peoria, Terry Berkley of Murray, KY, and Mrs. Reice Futtrell also of Murray, KY. Infant daughter of Patricia A Mariner Berkley & Charles L. Berkley, maternal granddaughter of Minnie & Harold Mariner. Her father is deceased & also listed on this site along with her maternal grandparents. Cindy has one brother Charles Jr., one sister Wendy, & another sister Heather. She was the victim of encephalitis.
