She was a member of the Emanuel Holiness denomination, taught Sunday school, wrote church literature and was a church musician. Mrs. Sellers was an organizer for Y.F.C. groups in the Southeast. She was a seamstress.
The funeral will be conducted at 2 p.m. today in Pentecostal Holiness Church by the Revs. Mitchell Smith and Dewayne Dickerson. Burial will be in Columbus Memorial Park. Peacock's Chapel in the Pines.
Mrs. Sellers is survived by two daughters, Yvonne S. Ellis of Whiteville and Marie S. Dawsey of Salt Springs, Fla.; a son, Wayne Sellers of Whiteville; a stepdaughter, Annie Belle S. Patterson of Chadbourn; a stepson, David Sellers of Clarendon; a brother, Van B. Greer of Rocky Mount; two sisters, Alene Boyette of Red Springs and Edna Hancey of Baker, La.; nine grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; and eight great-great-grandchildren.
