Dan German Mangrum, 74, of Franklin, died Sept. 25, 2009.

He was a farmer and veteran of U.S. Army.

Mr. Mangrum was preceded in death by parents, Cammie and Zelma Martin Mangrum. He is survived by his wife, Bonnie Hood Mangrum, Franklin; sons, Wayne (Gracilla) Mangrum, Ft. Worth, Texas and Daniel Mangrum, Columbia; daughters, Marilyn McCoy and Tammy Hatcher, both of Columbia; brothers, Bruce Mangrum, Whitewell, and Harold Mangrum, Murfreesboro; sisters, Reba Bradford, Franklin, and Velma Barnes, Harpeth Community; nine grandchildren; and 12 great grandchildren.

Services were conducted Tuesday, Sept. 29, 2009 at Williamson Memorial Funeral Home; Herschel Osborne officiated.
