Mrs. Minnie Bantz of 500 south Minnesota died late Friday at the Mary Lanning Memorial Hospital. She was born March 1, 1896, at Prosser.
Mrs. Bantz resided in Ainsworth for a time before coming to Hastings in 1939. She was a member of Zion Lutheran Church.
Survivors are a son and daughters, Eugene and Mrs. Wendell Hansen of Hastings and Mrs. Alvin Kaspar of Omaha; seven grandchildren; sisters, Mrs. Bertha Farr of Hastings and Mrs. Carl Scherer of Grand Island, and a brother, Albert Abel of Monterey Park, Calif.
The Rev. David Kreitzer, pastor of Zion Lutheran Church, will officiate at services Tuesday afternoon at 2 o'clock in the Butler-Volland Chapel and burial will be in the Blue Valley cemetery.
