"L. J. BOUNDS DIES"
"L. J. Bounds, 60 years old, died at the King's Daughters Hospital this morning at 4:30 o'clock. He was born in Pass Christian. His place of residence was 1231 37th Avenue. Surviving him are his wife, Mrs. Lula Bounds; four sons, Carl, Fred and Homer Bounds of Gulfport and Frank Bounds of Florida; a daughter, Mrs. Floyd Phelps, Gulfport; two sisters, Mrs. M. Slade, Gulfport, and Mrs. Rudolph Dubuisson, Pass Christian and a brother, Walter Bounds, Pineville. Funeral services will be held at the Lang Chapel this afternoon at 3:30 o'clock with Rev. P. S. Dodge, pastor of Grace Memorial Church, officiating. Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery."
