Vera Forrester of Greenville died Tuesday morning in a local hospital. Services will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at Peters Funeral Home Chapel with burial In East Mount Cemetery.
Mrs. Forrester was born Sept. 24, 1895, in Sulphur Springs to Will Kingry and Minnie Lee Johnson. She married O.E. Forrester on Dec. 24, 1916. He preceded her in death on June 4, 1972. She had been a member of First Baptist Church of Greenville for 54 years.
Survivors are a son, O.E. Forrester of Dallas; a daughter, Jeanie Graham of Lake Tenkiller, Okla.; a sister, Vallie Kennedy; three grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
The family will be at Peters Funeral Home on Wednesday, 6-8 p.m.
