DEATH COMES TO ALBERT BRANDT
Albert Brandt, age 27, McCook, who was born at Paul and lived in Nebraska City until moving to McCook about two years ago, died at 7:30 a. m. Thursday in an Omaha hospital.
Mr. Brandt, a veteran of World War II, worked in the Legion club at McCook. While in Nebraska City he was a member of St. Mary's Catholic church and the American Legion and Eagles lodges.
He was born May 10, 1924, at Paul, the son of Mr. and Mrs. Max Brandt. In August 1949, he and Leora Stukenholtz, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. R. F. Stukenholtz, city were married here.
Surviving are his wife, three brothers, Edward, Fairbury, Paul, McCook, and Dean, Lincoln and two sisters, Mrs. Vernon Grunwalt, Lincoln and Miss Dorothy Brandt, Lincoln.
Funeral arrangements are pending. The body was taken to Fassbender funeral home.
