Col. Archibald McKISSACK, is also buried
here, and before the war he lived at Hernado, Miss. He owned
a number of slaves and a fine farm. He originally lived near
Pulaski, Tenn., but moved from there to North Mississippi
many years before the war. He lived with Mother after the
